Hot dip galvanized Angle steel is also called hot dip galvanized
Angle or hot dip zinc Angle steel. It immerses the Angle steel
after derusting into the molten zinc about 500℃, so that the
surface of the Angle steel is attached with zinc layer, so as to
play the purpose of anticorrosion, suitable for all kinds of strong
acid, alkali fog and other strong corrosive environment.
Process: hot dip galvanized Angle steel process: Angle steel
pickling → water washing → dip assisted plating solvent → drying
preheating → hanging plating → cooling → passivation → cleaning →
grinding → hot dip galvanized completion.
Hot dip galvanized Angle steel galvanized layer thickness uniform,
up to 30-50um, good reliability, galvanized layer and steel is
metallurgical combination, become a part of the steel surface, so
hot dip galvanized Angle steel coating durability is more reliable.

so the classification is the same in Angle steel.

Hot dip galvanizing layer is formed by zinc in a high temperature
liquid in three steps:
1. The surface of iron base is dissolved by zinc liquid to form
zinc-ferroalloy phase layer;
2. Zinc ions in the alloy layer further diffuse to the matrix to
form a zinc-iron intersoluble layer;
3. The surface of the alloy layer is surrounded by a zinc layer.
