200 series stainless steel is another name for Chromium-manganese austenitic stainless steel. This kind of material is developed on the basis of chrome-nickel austenitic stainless steel by adding manganese and/or nitrogen instead of precious metal nickel. The austenite elements in this material, in addition to manganese and nitrogen, generally there is an appropriate amount of nickel , manganese in steel plays a role in stabilizing austenite.

Advantages
